Higher citrus, which tastes more like lemon than bergamot, noticable licorice in the background, and a bit of pepper. Not as much salt as General OP.
Edit to include it is one of my top favorites and in my rotation... Always have a can open

Just thinking about white portions reminds me of the Catch Eucalyptus I got with my very first snus order, the sample box from Northerner. And in my opinion, Ettan White is the most boring snus available -- it takes subtlety to a new level (not that Level).

I used to hate white portions until I purchased a can of General White from the gas station out of curiosity -- that's all I use now. I think white portions taste similar to their los counterparts; they don't have a pungent aftertaste, since the moisture content from the snus doesn't permeate the sachet material.

I ordered 5 cans of onyx on my last order on blind faith. Glad I did I enjoy it. When it comes to Ettan I only do los. The portions are okay it's just the history of the los.. Being from 1822, the portions just seem sacrilegous (spelling) to me. Back to the subject I enjoy all styles white/OP etc.. Not equally though los is allways tops.

Dangit, Eric, 1822!!
I didn't realize you were that old!
(You sound so young, too!)
No wonder you're against newfangled contraptions like snus portions.
I'll bet your hand-cranked 2-party phone is holding up well;
those danged smartphone contraptions are just downright evil!!

I don't like ettan op too much and I'm beginning to realize the loose isn't very flavorful and I've got a roll of it, but the portions taste like absoutely nothing I get literally no taste whatsoever from them. Might be a bad batch (I don't think swedish match has such a thing which is one of the reasons I use their snus). That said the ettan portion can is definitely the coolest can I can think of but since no one sees my can it doesn't matter.
