Nick (&J) East and West

So I scored two sealed cans of N&J East and West today. I'm pretty excited and thanks to the dude who sent them. You rock.

The East is really good. It has this spicy/sweet/flavorful thing going on. Obviously inspired by Eastern spices/influences, hence the name and old product description. It's killer stuff.

Haven't got into the West yet.

Any old schoolers here tried these/like them when they were around?

I thought the West was bland. Not bad, but not that great either. I liked the East a good bit, but the flavor seemed to die off quick. The tins were pretty nifty, and I'd have liked to see the East released as an OP.

Last I heard PP was still stuffing as many portions as he can of Offroad Coffee/Vanilla in his mouth .... He's got alot of cans of used portions he has to send....

I liked the west. I think it was someone on here who described the east as tasking like an old lady's purse smells. As soon as I read that, tried it again and agreed, it was permanently associated in my mind. NJ East tastes like old lady purse. :-P
