New Order Based on Reviews Here- UPDATE: R&J came!

Even though I have an icebox full of snus, I couldn't resist expanding my horizons a bit, so I purchased:

1) Ettan (lös) - because hey, it's the original, so it absolutely has to be tried.
2) Gotland Yellow (lös) - because so many have raved about it.
3) Göteborgs Prima Fint (lös) - again, because of the rave reviews.
4) Romeo y Julieta Senorita (white mini) - because I'm searching for a mini portion with character. I almost hope I don't like these, because they're pretty expensive.

And I'm finally starting to learn that snus has plenty of nicotine. I don't need the stuff advertised as "extra strong" constantly or exclusively. I'll write reviews after they come and I've had a chance to try them, just in case anyone is interested.

Hi, so where did you order the R & J from? Both Northerner and Buysnus won't sell to the USA.

I got it from Northerner. I had read about this, because of the Cuban thing, but then someone (was it Tropical Bob? I'd have to look it up) said they were able to get it no problem.

I haven't gotten it in the mail yet, but saw no indication that they booted it off my order.

The only gotlands I have tried is the gray lös and it is top shelf stuff imo and what I have in my lip right now. I plan on ordering some of he yellow myself on my next order.
Ettan lös is great stuff and one of my staples, great taste and texture, I would be interested to hear your thoughts on it when it arrives.

yes, i was skeptical so i tested it out on Northerner. i got up to the point where i was able to hit the 'pay' button on the online banking thing they've got, so i'm convinced it works...whether they interrupt it when they go to fill your package to send, who knows, but it doesn't automatically subtract it from the order like it does on Buysnus.

Well, I tried it two nights ago and like you, the MC remained in the queue throughout the buying process.

I also picked up some of the wise and flavorless too.

I sure hope the MC comes along. I guess I shouldn't have ordered anything else, just the MC alone, to really test them and their embargo thwarting ways.

Hey folks, I just checked my order status at Northerner, and it's showing the itemized list of the 4 tins I bought, and the status of each one- including the R&J- as SHIPPED as of yesterday, April 7.

So it looks like it's indeed coming without incident. But we'll know with certainty when it actually gets here. 8)
