I just had to pop in and give my thanks to Snus, Snuson and its members. Today marks 1 year that I have been cigarette free and I know I wouldn't have been able to say that with out all of you. From Lazers pictures to Sage's advice, this has been and continues to be the place I've turned for information and entertainment. So anyway, thanks for everything and I'll be around...

I think I need to quit snusing and dipping... again.
Its too expensive, and I want to try and consider my health. Exercise more and stuff.
Have any of you guys gone the magical '72 hours' without nicotine before?
I can't remember how I did it last time I quit.
