    Trouble with Northerner

    Hello

    well, this is my first with them, this is the story:

    On Dec23, placed a small order, was partially shipped, they were out of Thunder Frosted ES, Mini Portion, that part was pending.
    Dec 30, second order all shipped and received
    Jan 19, third order all shipped and received
    Contacted customer support and was told that my frosted was shipped, well I replied that I have received two orders after that and never received them, they said to wait.
    I don't complain that much but I think their over all performance has declined since Fred left. Well, I am going to place another order to get my free roll and then will not order from them again, they have lost my business ....

    The main reason I support Northerner is because they're trying to gain a presence in the US (SnusDistribution/Rick Charles) and my goal is to see snus spread in the US.

    The webstore....I mean, could be better. I personally don't know what volume they do, it seems like all I see here is complaints, nobody ever posts (ordered snus, got snus, etc), so I'm curious what % of orders have issues and if it's just supply and demand, manufacturer shortage, or inability to properly project sales volume per item in their warehouses.

    Needless to say, nobodies perfect. With Fred gone we don't have our direct link and the new guy isn't as present here as Fred was, but Rick is, and I'm sure if you have a problem he can help get it fixed.

      well of course you never see "ordered snus got snus" As far as the f uck ups. Not saying They've never messed up an order of mine but in 2+ years I've never had a problem and not had it taken care of. Shit happens and if you know how to deal with customer service reps you will always get it taken care of. This isn't just northerner I always get satisfaction for a product that doesn't perform or breaks for no reason. Then again I speak proficiently and have learned the proper way to head and compose a letter which I always do when making professional correspondence and I never use netspeak. I swear when I hear people complain on the net all I can think is "why are you telling us, your time would be much better spent telling someone with some control over the issue" Just my .02 YMMV.

        I have been using Northerner for a few years and have never needed to use any other supplier in all that time 1 package was delayed and never showed up, (this was down to the postal service )and this was from their American Warehouse back to the UK. They ask me to wait then they replaced order with any hassle.

        Most companies have a fixed number of days that have to pass before they consider a shipment lost.

          I have ordered now three different times from The Northerner. The first time I ordered I recieved three different packages via mail (pre-PACT Act). While I was a tid bit upset with that I let it slide. The last two orders I have put in within the past two weeks without any issue really. This order I am waiting on now was placed on a Thursday well before the beginning of their work day and still didn't shipped until Friday evening. That is fine as I will still get my order this Tuesday but I was wondering what if they had shipped Thursday evening, would I have gotten it sooner? I think not...

          Anyways, The Northerner is were Fishmeat gets his snus...

          ...I really want some Thunder Coola and don't wanna buy from SnusCentral's with their shipping of 2x what The Northerner is asking plus PACT Act taxes. (The Northerner does carry it, but I'm in the states and they won't ship it to me)

              Hey don't be so sharp with us Canadian's now , just trying to pass along the Snus love all across north america , Maher is a great bloke sent me a snus Xmas present out of the blue .

              Northerner has been great with all 5 orders I've made and no problems at all , Snuscentral I had a issue with some cans and bam out of nowhere in my mailbox was replacements after one email sent , buysnus also great to me

              sometimes shizz happens and if it's not right bark up the tree until you get your dues . Snus on , Vape on and just Snuff it
