Feeling sleepy in the snus withdrawal

I was wondering if anyone starts feeling sleepy ... kinda' weird if not using snus for longer than 4 hours.....

iit's not as nasty as you would get from smoking..... but it's still a withdrawal sensation .. with a bit of sweating.. and hot and cold flashes..

Um not that severe but yeah, It makes sense nicotine is considered a stimulant so less stimulants means more tired.

4 hours, man I start to feel w/ds in less than 2. I did get drowsy back when I first tried to quit chew, before snus, but now I never wait that long. I do get irritated, anxious and annoyed, somtimes a headache and feelings of cold, not to mention complete lack of any concentration. The longest I go without nicotine is a little over 2 hours and only if I'm really preoccupied and forget, but I will usually figure out why I feel so crappy before then.

Speaking of snus, its about time to bake a pris right now

I haven't been without that long yet so I can't weigh in. I know when I cut back and the withdrawal symptoms start kicking in, I lose concentration, start feeling lethargic and a little disgruntled, after about 2 or 3 days is when I start noticing. I kick my usage back up a little and everything becomes fine again. It's a good way to cut back but still know what your limits are. I do that every month or so when I realizing my usage is getting out of hand.

I went from 10 PM to 12 Noon without snus the other day and I was fine. That case was more of an exception than the rule however. When I do feel withdrawal it's more of an antsy can't sit still and irritated kind of sensation. Whats weird to me is that cigarettes never relaxed me. If I was antsy and smoked I would just be more antsy. Snus actually does to me what nicoitne is supposed to do. I get calm and even tired sometimes when I get a good dose of Nic. Everything affects everyone differently however so I'm sure there are people at both ends of the spectrum.

I never go that long without some form of nicotine except when I am sleeping. I work from home and never forget my snus anymore(knock on wood) when we go out anywhere.
