Maybe it's something else, coffee, spicy food....
Might just be your teeth. Some people are more susceptible to staining. I don't do anything special, and I'd consider my teeth normal. Not bizarrely bright white, but not stained either.

Would also add I used to get it in the neck about plaque build-up, had the occaisonal cavity and used to get a lot of colds but nothing since I started using snus about 5-6 years ago

My plaque buildup isn't nearly as bad since snus either. When I was smoking full time, I had a white bump under my tongue that the dentist was slightly concerned about. He was keeping an eye on it, but when i switched to snus, it disappeared. He's pretty reasonable about snus too. I don't hear any guff over it, and his only advice is to change my snus spot every so ofter(I usually don't :^D). No speeches about my head falling off or anything like that :^)

Yeah my dentist would probably tell me my head was going to fall off if I discussed snus with her

I know what you mean about your favourite snus spot but I do try to vary it where I can

Some antibiotics are reputed to be teeth-stainers, especially at a young age.

              For instance:

"What Causes Tetracycline Stain on Teeth

Tetracycline is an antibiotic. It's a fairly powerful antibiotic that kills a broad spectrum of bacteria, and it can be life-saving. However, when it is taken while teeth are forming, it deposits in the dentin and enamel of the teeth and creates a permanent gray or brown stain. It can be a uniform discoloration of the entire tooth or can occur in the form of horizontal bands of stain of varying intensity. They can range from mild to very dark.

              —Dr. Hall"
