    Snus database

Would anyone be interested in my snus database? It's an Access 2007 DB with every style of every brand I've ever tried, sorted by size, nic, portion type, brand, and style complete with comments and ratings for each one. The database probably has like 100 entries. If the answer is yes, it may take me a few days to pull it of my old computer.

    Welcome to SnusOn!

Sounds interesting. I had thought about starting one a couple of times, but never got anything going. I wouldn't mind seeing it. It might e a fun project adapting it to a community document where everyone can add to it :^)

it would be interesting to make a template for all of us to fill out. This way trends could be seen.

If it had open access and you could sign in and input your own info on any snus on the list (we obviously can list all of them) then we could learn quite a bit from the sample. Maybe a ratings system of sorts would be the easiest with comments available. Then you could search the database and sort in different ways.

I'm sure the manufacturers have done this sort of thing at least for their products but it would be nice to see one across the board incorporating several (conceivably all) of the manufacturers. Of course discontinued brands as well.

would be fantastic for newbs too. I know we have the reviews section, but this would be more interactive. Could use it like Mr. Snuffs snuff selector. I think it was Mr. Snuff that had that on the site. One of the snuff sellers did anyhow...that being said it was only about 60% accurate for me. We could do better.

there should be a snus database/wiki where we accumulate all the information about snus: all brands (pictures, descriptions, reviews), all stores, all manufacturers, anything related to snus.

Chad basically has that (and kudos to him), just in the form of a blog.

Anyone want to get on this?

It hasn't been updated in quite some time but it still has some good info.

WHAT! You guys are not playing games! You go hard with this. You are as they say "Heavy in the snus game" I'm not making fun of you or anything its just crazy how fast you took that from a question to a completely thought out plan. Just skipped R&D and went straight to the product phase. LMMFAO

I think there is a website called smart sheet.com or we could create a google docs spreadsheet as for some reason I'm thinking smart sheet costs money. If you want email me the db and I'll create a google account and create the spreadsheet. Then I'll pass the account credentials around. Throw me a pm
