Greetings everyone. I've just switched to snus from smoking. In a few weeks I will be traveling to England from the US. I plan on ordering some snus from northerner once I get there since I will be there for a few months, so I want to bring enough with me to last until my order can get to me. I'm not too experienced with international travel and was curious if UK customs will hassel me for bringing my snus with me. Thanks for any input you guys have.

You will be fine. I think the limit for importing tobacco is 200g for the majority of countries. That means you can import 8 cans of portions (24g per can) without having to pay duties.
However, I split up my snus. For example, put 8 cans in your backpack and 8 cans in your suitcase. Most likely, you will get away with the extra 8 cans.
Sixteen cans will definitely last you while waiting for your order.

I too divided my snus in carry on and checked in luggage. Unconsciously though; I thought that two rolls in my carry on was a little to much, so I just threw a roll in my check in. Worked fine. It lasted me almost all the way through the five weeks I was in Thailand. I had a relative there who had run out of snus and had ordered four rolls, so I loaned him some snus and got some cans in return later on.
