Habit or Hobby?

Do you consider Snus a hobby? im addicted to nicotine. i know it. But i dont build boats in bottles or collect comics etc. and snus has become my hobby. much like when i smoked cigars and had a $40 cutter, $75 lighter, $60 ashtray etc. i now have 2 icetools, a slim icebox on order, a mudjug on order. etc. i liken it to a person who drinks expensive scotch and doesnt want to drink it out of a jelly jar.
i enjoy the process as well as the nic. hit. i recently tried to quit more for my parrtner than myself. didnt take lol! and i just dont want to now. maybe some day but not now.
just wondering if you consider your habit your hobby as well?

true, but i have ordered several times from them and have 2 orders in now and have never had an issue. in fact i have had to use their customer service chat thingy and the replys were fast and the issue i had was taken care of asap! so thats worth something. and, comparied to the $8-$12 dollar a cigar habit i had x12 or so cigars a week Snus is a great deal compaired to that!

Both. I However smoking was a hobby and I never went on any cigarette forums. This is certainly the closest thing to a hobby that I have. Snus took over the top spot that the gym held. I still go to the gym. I'm just more into snus

I've been using snus for awhile now, and it's still hobby like to me. Opening a new tin of snus still holds a bit of excitement, even if I've had it 100 times before. Snus, snuff, and computers are my biggest hobbies now.

It's mainly a drug addiction, but I find the variety of flavors and harm-reduction concept to be interesting, so I would conclude it can be considered a hobby in some aspects.

For me snus is a safer and cheaper alternative to smoking, and definitely a habit as I am happily addicted to nicotine.

More of a habit for me, but collecting new snus cans is a hobby. It's are blurred line between hobby and habit though.

That's a great question. I can see it both ways. We can't lie to ourselves we are all addicted to the stuff, if I don't have my snus within an hour of waking up I will have a flipping melt down So it's definately a habit for me. I will however say its cool to have a habit that is saving so many lives cough smokers cough

Snus itself is a habit. My icetools, Metal tins, Online shopping for my next order, etc... That is a hobby
