I absolutely LOVE Jakobsson's strong wintergreen portions. It quickly has become my favorite portion snus. However as former dipper I love los. Nothing beats it. So my dilemma is my favorite snus is not available in los form! Would you guys try some Jakobsson's wintergreen los, or am I alone here? I would buy an entire freezer full if it was ever made... who says a guy can't dream.

haven't seen any wintergreen loose snus so far,

might be wrong but no one seems to produce the los version

It is possible to make it in loose, but as i said in another thred loose is not a product any Swedish snus company are willing to invest in! this is becaulse of the high Swedish tobacco tax (336.- per/KG)
and also by the decresing amount of loose snus users in the world..

For US. it is nowdays only intresting to invest in a product that is going to be a big seller becoulse of the super extended tobacco law made by FDA (extremely time consuming to register=high cost)

This is just going on memory but I don't recall having ever seen a flavoured los. . . I guess it's not necessary to make it because it wouldn't/shouldn't taste different to its portion brother given that it has a specific flavour. But hey, I'm only a freshman :P.

Off Road just discontinued their Wintergreen Long cut los and Cranberry Los

There are still the various licorice snuses

Odens makes a Cinnamon snus (Kanel)

Probe is Whiskey flavored

Likewise V2 will do special releases of various flavored snuses

So there are/have been quite a few flavored los types.


Anyway................I feel your pain...............and as soon as Jimmy gets the FDA paper work for my Plain los filled out..................then he can start on your Wintergreen

Bummer. It's so weird that there isn't a good wintergreen los/long cut wintergreen los out. As many people as have been coming from dip to snus lately it seems like a given. I don't know why anyone won't put their balls on the table and make this.
