Damn. It's starting to appear as though this is one more thing that is reaching the end of it's hey day. Either that or people have been talking like this for years? I've already seen threads about "remember when" with posts from guys who have been using snus for less than 2 years. Unfortunately everything changes. It just appears to be worse now because with technology daily updates make it more visible. Think about it. If there was no internet there would be a snus catalog put out probably once or twice a year. If they were going to raise prices the only oppurtunity to do so would be in that catalog. Since people would balk if it went up too much they could only do it incrementally like 10 to 20 cents an issue. right now that is what they are doing but since it is posted online they can raise it 10 to 20 cents a week so it goes up much faster. Another reason I am not a huge fan of the "information age"

It is possible to make it in loose, but as i said in another thred loose is not a product any Swedish snus company are willing to invest in! this is becaulse of the high Swedish tobacco tax (336.- per/KG)
and also by the decresing amount of loose snus users in the world..

For US. it is nowdays only intresting to invest in a product that is going to be a big seller becoulse of the super extended tobacco law made by FDA (extremely time consuming to register=high cost)

...the day a can hits $10. I would however take a stab at making my own via SnusX. Even for whatever reason snus were to become illegal in the states, I would still seek it out.
