Or the Arkansas Department of Revenue or whomever. Just buy the snus tax free where you can and take your chances. I'm going to Oregon this weekend, a no slaes tax state, to see family. I'm also going to buy a new computer. Think ill put that on my 2011 tax return? Hell no.

Well see, I didn't know this...I was under the impression that if tax & duty isn't paid it can and will be subject to detainment and or fines or not paying it. This will save me boatloads of money I have been paying at The Northerner.

I was wondering why you are devoted to them... They are good for certain things, but buying in bulk, you can get it much cheaper somewhere else that has slightly higher shipping costs. They usually ship within the same time frame as well. SC is a good example, they aren't located within the US but I still get 3 day shipping from them, same as northerner. Not sure about you, but I've been paying ~$0.50 extra a can on top of the listed price for tax I believe.

I'm probably going to try premium snus out next time I order, not the best experience with SC, and shipping is cheaper. The prices are roughly the same as well. You should definitely look into some other sites next time you order, there is a lot more you can get that northerner doesn't have also.

If Premiumsnus sells a brand that you like, I highly recommend them. I've been buying from Buysnus for about a year now, who is distributed by Make WeBo. Premiumsnus is currently cheaper per roll, and on shipping, and no complaints about Make WeBo from me. My first order from Premiumsnus (the latest one I've placed) was prompt and issue-free.

Smokes are less that 5 dollars a pack here last I look could be more now but idk

And did a pack of cigs last you as long as a can of snus? I smoked 2 packs of cigs a day, but a can of snus lasts me 3 days. So even at $6 a can, thats $2 a day compared to $12 a day.

You can get some dip pouches and upper lip them. Then there is the new Skoal snus too.

Good.....but it could happen. It's kinda the risk you take to get around the tax issue. And, I know from experience with one order from BuySnus that UPS does, in fact, bill for duty. So there's that to consider as well.

No need to consider that if you buy from SnusCentral... Here is what they say about UPS and Duty...

And if I'm not mitaken Buysnus ships the snus for SnusCentral... Also It may not be listed on the BuySnus site, But they also ship UPS DDP (Delivery and Duty Paid) So if you were contacted by UPS to pay duty on one of your orders you should have contacted Buysnus to have them take care of it...
