Wondering about snus from other counties

I cant really put this in the auction section since its more of a question but, what would I need to do to become known as a trusted Trader/buyer? I was reading about that Washington state bill ban on portion snus, and if it ever became active here in North Carolina I'm gonna have to get my portions from somewhere other than the Northerner.
Any ideas how I could do that? Not worried at the moment since it isnt even being considered in NC law yet but regardless no harm on being prepared. Also thoughts on how I could best work around that if it happened?

Even if it does become law...you'll still be able to get it. Might cost ya more, but it will only become unobtainium at a time when even tobacco would seem insignificant. I wouldn't think NC is too close to the front of the anti-tobacco wagon anyhow but I could be wrong. Just a hunch.
