Do extra sterks make you have to drop a deuce? This is my first day using them and man! Seems like they are affecting me that way!

Short answer: yes. Long answer: only if I use a extra sterk first thing in the morning, usually accompanied with coffee. Later in the day it doesn't have the same effect. -
