No More EU To EU Snus Sales! (EU Members Please Read!)

I can confirm that orders from northerner are coming through fine to the UK, the package is labelled "snus" which i guess the customs guys didnt recognise.
Thats over now though, and as I am running low again I thought i would check out snus.de but they only sell to members and their friends.

Does anyone want to send me an invite?

there is nothing to be recognized. Importation of snus is not banned or even taxed in the UK

I think the taxing by Customs is random. I've read some orders came through untaxed (Frosted) but some had VAT and an RM £8 handling charge added (Muddyfunkstar) Even with Muddyfunkstar's order though he didn't end up paying anymore than he would have ordering from Sweden and paying the Swedish taxes.

Yeah, I was happy enough to pay the VAT, less so the RM handling charge which was almost twice the VAT.

What I meant by my statement is that there is no excise tax, or tobacco tax

this recent EU ban is killing me 3 weeks ago i wander onto the northener site to get my usual 3 month supply of snus buckets and general and wham nothing no shipping to the uk. within 10 mins i went from calm to crazy, luckily i got the info about the oden site from here and made an order so im sort of sorted short term im just missing my general odens is good snus but its no general its far too flowery and no citrus anyhoo to cover myself i place another order with oden i ordered 20 cans of mint 20 cans of dry whites from them so i can bang some citrus flavour in. this was nearly 2 weeks ago and the cart system goes kaput and totally lost the order but payson took the cash and paid them for the order i contacted oden and hey presto the stuff out of stock just like the first order i made and to cap it off the order will now have to be processed manually so i have no record of it apart from the payson reciept and an email from a person called david that it even existed, its been over a week since then and iv heard nothing so all in all not a good start for the ban for me i just wish SM would allow sales to the EU from northener im all out of general and desperate i mean god bless oden for stepping up and saving my bacon but the order system is frankly pants

Mate - you said you ordered mint from Odens.

That hasn't even been produced yet - the out of stock snus is clearly marked.

1 UPS - till now we do not have right prise system from them we just paying from our pocket to the prise which we have sad before we hoppe that it will be soon but i can not come and force UPS bord of direktors to fix that for me what we have managed is the Nordic UPS chef has promised that it will be soon will see...............................

2 Payson if i tell you that 3weeks ago we have sended mManymail to Payson that payment sistem does not work and did got only 2 mails with answer *we fix * would you belive me .................would you belive me that we are forced to manualy do all orders becouse Payson sh´´´´´´´?

3 us we are not internet company we come only becouse we felt that it is our time to fight tthis ban , but did not hade lot of knowlige so that is why we started our site .Now it is not excuse for us if somebody did not recived his order corect or in time so ,
GN sas you will not have a problem with in short while just please do have understanding for our misses

it was Olde Viking Spearmint Portion i just generalised it as mint i did'nt notice anything regarding it not being in production
As for them saying it would be sorted i don't doubt that for a minute thats why i was just relating my experience so far and not crying out swindle etc iv been a long time lurker on here i just never had anythig to say before but iv read a great deal of praise regarding the oden brand of late and the fact they actually have a presence on the board too that speaks volumes
the truth is iv just ran out of people to rant to regarding this snus ban in general they just go SNUS? and look blankly at me even the chap in my local fag shop goes EhhH? and stares at me as if iv gone mental then offers to sell me 10 bensons as an attempt to cheer me up
