Yes, I've bought several times from Pressbyran and the like.

I was thinking more about buying supplies for say 1 year (~12-15 rolls)

snusExpat: Yeah, that's wise. Given the EU situation, I'd also make a big order to stack up. Since I ran out of snus I'm smoking again, which sucks big time. I hope I can find any Montecristo snus soon.

Guys: could somebody here refer a very nice snuser guy from Britain to snus.de?
I only have one order with them for now, hence I cannot do it myself.

His email address is: pauljolleyATlive.com (substitute AT with the mail sign).

              Thank you!

Hey guys, can someone refer me also?

I'm pretty much eager and only have one little pouch left.
This is getting tough and I don't want to smoke again...

                PM me! Please!

Oh and I'm located in London, UK.

Sorry guys but feedback I've been getting is my snus.de referrals aren't working (not sure why) and so unfortunately I am having to withdraw my offer. If you are a past customer of BuySnus please keep an eye out for an e-mail from them with a referral link. Apparently this works well.

Well-----------------I'm not exactly a regular on here but knew where to turn to when I couldn't get my regular order from Sweden. Jeez, I was well pi$$ed until I had read a large part of this thread.

Thanks to all for making me laugh especially GN. love your English and hope your company grows strong. I for sure will be ordering Odens soon.

Just found this on the HMRC website, so it would seem that when ordering from outside th EU, other than paying the vat and handling charge that there is no duty (yet) on snus. Check out the last sentence.

I just dont understand why civil servant/political types just keep interfering in our lives like this. JUST LEAVE US ALONE please.

TPD18070 – National Advice Service Enquiries - Oral snuff - Snus

Oral snuff, also known as snus (pronounced snooze), is a tobacco product which consists of a small sachet containing ground tobacco and flavourings. Unlike chewing tobacco oral snuff sachets are placed in the mouth between the gum and the lip. Like other tobacco products the object is to deliver nicotine and this is done by sucking the product and the nicotine soaks through the thin layer of skin into the bloodstream. It comes in different flavours and is marketed by different manufacturers including the major cigarette manufacturers. Recent product launches include Marlboro brand oral snuff in the USA. It is also available in loose form, that is still sucked but not in the small sachet.

The scope of UK Excise law

The scope of Tobacco Products Duty is set out in section 1 of the Tobacco Products Duty Act 1979. As oral snuff is not for smoking, the only product type that comes close is chewing tobacco which is included through section 1(1)(e). The meaning of chewing tobacco in relation to the act is further described in The Tobacco Products (Descriptions of Products) Order 2003. Section 8 of the order describes chewing tobacco as a tobacco product which doesn’t come under any of the other descriptions and has been prepared so that it can be chewed. The nature of oral snuff would make it impractical to chew and this is not the intention. Therefore oral snuff is not within the scope of Tobacco Products Duty as currently described in UK law.

Ant66Ant - Yes, from a couple of orders that UK members placed to the Northerner US warehouse one was not charged by customs and the other was charged VAT + an £8 RM handling fee I believe which he was able to pay online and the postman delivered his package a few days after that as normal. So whether you're charged by Customs or not is a bit random but even if you are it would be no more than ordering it from Sweden and paying their taxes.

Of course with anything ordered from Sweden you pay any taxes in Sweden at the time of purchase and nothing to pay this end.
