Well when I login to Northerner now I'm directed straight to the US warehouse and can only order the FDA appproved snus that you can in the States (-SM from end of week)

What a turn around. You guys used to be restricted and we could get anything and now you can get more than us with the withdrawal of the SM stuff!

Okay....so due to trademark/brand/FDA some brands can't be sold in the US. Lucky, Granit, Gustavus, etc.

Does this mean Northerner can store these items in their US warehouse to sell to EU customers only? Or would it violate law if it I'd stored on our soil?

I just got a delivery from snus.de via UPS.
Yesterday I started panicking about the eu problems and long waiting time when a package is shipped from the US warehouse.
So i logged on to snus.de, placed an order (no SM available), chose UPS and got it delivered about 5 minutes ago.

So now i have 22 tins (thunder frosted and lucky strike bold) and some SM on the way (by northerner).
My love goes to UPS and there incredible service!

My tabacco import tax can go up to €62 to make it €5/tin
The future just got a lot brighter.

In the end I will have 57 tins that I will share with some friends.

Can some give me an estimated delivery time to Belgium from the US warehouse?
