Import means...............for resale

You might call back and rephrase your question................or ask for clarification on the answer.

e.g.

"Can an individual have snus shipped here for personal consumption and what is the limit per shipment?"

and

"I understood the law defined IMPORT as bringing snus into the country for the purpose of resale (not personal consumption)"

and if they should persist

"Can you or anyone there refer me to the law upon which your answer is based"

they've been pretty clear and checked the lastest EU laws

no one is allowed to buy snus online, nor receive snus from Sweden by other means.

the only way you're allowed to have snus in EU is by bringing it for personal use.
