I can't find anything in the news about this.

I sent out an email to all my contacts that work in lobbying/politics in the EU/tobacco realm. Hopefully I'll hear something back today about this.

OMG this is the dumbest thing ever.

I know a website RIGHT NOW where I can go online and buy an AR-15 and AMMO and have it shipped to my house but it's damn near impossible for me or people in the EU to buy snus and have it shipped to my door. So wait, let me see if I have this right. Something that ends life I can have overnighted to me with no questions asked, but when it comes to snus it's treated like the enemy?

I have a pretty good method to skirt customs. I've been useing it for years and never had a problem. Most of my packages go to europe anyway. I can help you guys out if you want.

I mentioned this in another thread. The auctions are a lot of work. I was thinking I would like to only take special orders for full or half rolls like once a month. Then I can forward the snus to who needs it in the banned and ****ed up countries. That has to be easier for me and it at least gives you guys an opportunity to still get your snus at a reasonable price.

Wait and see how this all plays out first.

I know cross border sales were under review as part of the big revision of the EU Tobacco products directive and kind of expected this to happen. I am miffed though, that the review is still ongoing and so far as I can find there is no new legislation. How have the E.U managed to threaten the retailers and with what?

I am not financially able to take chances with U.K customs, which is very unpredictable, so I guess I will be snuffing more and rationing out my last few cans of snus. I am pissed off.
