Yes they gave me a breakdown... and we might be alright in the case of snus. But with this i was told the sender (a tobacconist) by UPS rules had to put the weight of the entire package (not just the tobacco) which is why it exceeded the amount the post office would let slip through the net. Yet i argued with customs that the amount of actual tobacco was very little but after sending them a letter and them taking the maximum amount of time to answer it i just let it go, partly because i didn't want to jeopardise future orders.
