GN products are fine! I appreciate longer shelf life and strength, makes you satisfy your cravings with a smaller sized prilla and your stock lasts longer. The question is when, roughly, will we be able to start doing biz with GN? Is it in a week, two or in a couple of days? You guys must have sleepless nights right now figuring out how to set it up, it must have been a long working weekend for you there!

Crap! I pulled the trigger on an order on Friday when it was in stock (low supply) now my order is still pending and they're out of stock.

Next they will go after beer. Enjoy your pint now while you are still allowed to.
I don't mind the end of the world in 2012 as long as I meet it with some snus under my lip.

I am hoping that all this compliance by stores and manufacturers is strategic with regard to the upcoming review of the tobacco products directive. Though what the strategy might be I haven't a clue. We still have a years wait and see before we know the outcome.

I would be interested to hear GNs thoughts on where we stand with regard to the upcoming review.

Take the ferry to Gotland and i will guide you tru a real Swedish manufacturing facility (Small biz) here at Gotlandssnus..
It´s just such a shame that the Eu starts puttin this in to act!
One good thing is that we (Gotlandsnus) have been doing all regulations by the book to FDA so you legaly can by our snus from US!
Sad for those how didn´t "if you not regesterd in us you can´t sell from warehouse in us!"

For those who don't know, snus.de and SwedishSnus.com are both the same company. I spoke with Armin from SwedishSnus & snus.de today and he says they will continue to ship all products in the EU but not SM products. He wasn't told to stop shipping in the EU so it's his speculation and mine as well that the reason other webstores are doing the same is that this is voluntary (playing it safe).

Khalid here is the thing- IN TOBACCO WORLD THERE IS ONE IMPORTATNT THING pay your tobacco taxes and sleep well, and the 2 thing is GN and Gajanes products to every body in the WHOLE BIG AND BUTIFULL WORLD , the first we do and . The second is our main point now and belive me we sort it out for our produkts to EU.Now to the quastion you pointed EU WILL lift ban 2014 we think Goverment of Sweden is the 1 or 2 contributor to EU we don't belive that Baroso want to make sad Bigest contributor .

He wouldn't comment on that, but I'm sure it's SM wishes, they probably shot an email to all the webstores and said hold onto our products for the time being.

what does this mean for U.S. buyers? Will skruf be forced to register with the F.D.A. now?

                                Dear snus users

Just take the new snus rules “easygoing”, there will always be opportunities to order tobacco products to countires in EU.
From U.S. or other countries outside the EU.
If Sweden/ Eu says no – there will just be some other countries ready to ship snus to you.
