I'm hoping that this issue will soon be raised in the EU parliament - it's got to be. All countries must write to both their anti Brussels parliamentary members and possibly their pro Brussels parliamentary members also. Then the issue will have to be raised.

Hey guys tried my best to catch up but as fast as I read new pages are added... just received this through from snus.de (received my order today)

Dear Sir,

maybe you already noticed: Most online shops no longer deliver Snus to EU countries. We however, will continue to supply you!

Details on the whole issue are still hard to get. It remains to be seen whether this issue is only a temporary one or it will become a permanent one. Time will show.

We still deliver to EU countries, with the exception of Swedish Match products, as they have requested all retailers to not deliver to EU countries. But you may still order brands such as Thunder, Skruf, Jakobsson's, etc. from us, without any inconvenience.

Due to all this, we are now running a campaign on Thunder Snus. Also, UPS Standard is now available to our German customers."

Roo nobody never has sad to us suche words very kind of you, way we are writing here becose we dont want that GN THred be up we dont feel fine, but our expression of greatfulnes is very big

I'm curious why snus.de is taking a different stance. Is it because they are a German owned company or something?

I think that V2 hasn't asked exporters to halt exporting whereas Swedish Match have.
I couldn't get Thunder from buysnus though which is very confusing.

Was just going on the ".de" but thinking about it they are the same company as swedishsnus.com which is based near Stockholm....

You're right - it's not perfect but it IS fine. We can still get snus.
We'll just have to get used to importing it and finding out what our customs are going to do - which I don't think will be the end of the world.
