Okay....so due to trademark/brand/FDA some brands can't be sold in the US. Lucky, Granit, Gustavus, etc.

Does this mean Northerner can store these items in their US warehouse to sell to EU customers only? Or would it violate law if it I'd stored on our soil?

I'm from Norway, and we're doing by a member of the EU. But anyway, we have the strictest rules for the EU, they just argue with the EEA Agreement. Anyway, it's very IMPORTANT that they send the order marked with tobacco, or snuff, and note on the package that this is harmful. If they do so there will be an illegal trade because it has not been informed about this. If they do it as I have described I will be contacted by the Norwegian customs authorities. I then have to pay a fine, but I serve regardless of the order, which allows a way to buy smokeless tobacco is very profitable. In Norway does a pack of snuff about 80 Norwegian kroner! The rose by almost 20% after the smoking legislation was introduced. ****ing Norway

Copenhagen airport has a hell of a duty free snus shop in the airport. Cheap as hell too, I bought LS there for next to nothing.
