Sir In my honest opinion the need your help more than I do.
They won't stay in business for long I they cannot figure out a way to stop losing customers. They may not care If They give good service or not and may think they have a monopoly as things are currently with the EU. But one day that will settle down and then they will realize that some people will not tolerate poor service when the have spent over 300.00 USD and not getting what they paid for.
BTW my order was place before the EU incident so by now I should have gotten my snus.
I am using snuff to get me by until a order I placed with another provider arrives.
I is sad though that provider is very limited on choices and Has only Odens original and Kanel.
I had ordered quite a bit of Your product but sadly until you are somewhere other than than that N place Iwill have to do without any olde Viking Spearmint I had a roll ordered, Olde viking Original I had a roll ordered, Olde Viking Ginger I had a roll ordered, Odens classic Kanel I had a roll ordered Odens 69 1 roll ordered Odens Exrea Sterk Kanel 1 roll all thi was paid for and I had waited long enough for them to get their shit together and they just canceled and it took an additional 4 days for my refund to show up back on card so I could shop elsewhere.
No matter If they can do without me I can do without them.
Ohh what was that company's name I use to use exclusively for I fore get I get it had a N in it somewhere.
I do thank You again for offering to help me. They need You to help them understand service generates Loyality, and more business.
But really I don't think they give a S---T.
