I don't think children will eat snus, maybe a Nutella Snus but not cinnamon or other normal flavor.
Children like smoke, At thirteen almost all girls [80%] and boys [30%] tried to smoke , at 14 are used of drug (50% in Italy)

Why snus should have a lot of problem when pills, acid, cocaine and joint are sold in every street???

I sincerely hope so. The EU is such a beaurocratic and unpredictable beast that I don't want to get my hopes up only to have them dashed.

GN thanks for all the info. I think people are afraid to be too optimistic that's all, but i hope as you've said before, that 2012 will be a great year for Snus in Europe.

Hey guys,

First up - sorry for not being too active around these parts lately, or for the last 12 - 18 months to be honest. Just been working like crazy and not really had too much time to myself.

Right, so tried to order from BuySnus yesterday as I'm getting low - everything seemed a bit screwy. My shopping cart kept doubling up prices and then when I got to payment I got the little 'No EU to EU sales' text. Awesome. I got on the forum and then broke out in a cold sweat - only got 8 or 9 cans left! Called my girl who said 'do you think it's time to give up', my reply, 'no lets catch a flight to goteborg this weekend', which went down surprisingly well!

Anyway - this is where I got a little muddled... I then tried to order from Northerner - which allowed me to make an order from the EU warehouse for a reduced selection... Noticeable ommissions are all of the SM brands, which unfortunately are my favourite - well General specifically. I could understand (not be understanding - this is complete BS) if there was an EU directive disallowing the sale of snus from Sweden to the rest of the EU but just SM products?

What the heck is going on here? Is it just SM that are stopping there snus going EU to EU or? The only upside of this is that I checked with HMRC (Customs & Revenue) - you can bring back an 'unlimited' amount as long as it's for personal use and you've paid tax in the EU member state you bought it in (Sweden).
