I'm in a snus rut

Hey all,

I have a problem and I'm wondering if any of you have experienced this. I've only been snusing for a few weeks and I've tried several things. Grov, Ettan OP/loose, General ES/ WP/ OP/loose, roda lacket, Thunder frosted, Gote Rape, N&J, Offroad lakirits.
Hated GR, roda. Loved all the generals, Ettan and Grov.

I now, as of yesterday, hate all of it. It all tastes the same to me now...nasty. WTF????? Just 2 days ago I couldn't get enough of general wp and ettan, I mean, I ****ing loved it, would've eaten it!!!

Are my tastebuds fried? Have any of you experienced this before? I don't want to go back to copenhagen.

Ever since I've tried dip my taste buds have all changed ......

Anyways no matter how long I dip for.... there's a few brands of snus that are always the same or even BETTER!!

Skruf Stark Loose, Skruf Xtra Stark Loose, Ettan Loose, Ettan OP, Odens Kanel ES Loose, Odens Classic Loose, Offroad Loose, General Onyx, and General OP and Loose.

To be frank, Copenhagen is much tastier on all levels than most snus out there...... The aroma... the sweetness and everything else.... it is ... maybe it's just for me....

You should be able to get Gellivare. It's in the US warehouse at Northerner.

Yeah my taste buds are shot right now too. I don't taste much of anything. It's making my Nick and Johnny taste bland and a little nasty. I'm also tasting the licorice more than usual. God I hate pollen and having horrible sinuses. My sinuses were great until I started smoking years ago...

Sounds like the elevated bacteria in the Offroad got this one. Sorry, dude. Your taste buds are permanently damaged and you'll eventually lose 100% of your sense of taste. Sucks. It's a 1 in 5,000,000 chance but unfortunately it's 100% for you.

Of course I'm kidding. My advice would be to step up the oral hygiene a bit. I'm not suggesting you've been lacking but I find that practicing a little more than the average bear keeps me enjoying snus more. I have to also say that I used to be able to smell the snus when it was in the lip. I lost that ability years ago and It's a bummer but I chalk it up to conditioning. Try drinking coffee or tea with a snus in too. I don't know if you already do that or not but it helps a lot of people. Me too, still. I much prefer my snus with a warm beverage.

I rotate between a ton of different types of snus. Wintergreen, Frosted, Mint, Berry, Nick and Johnny, Skruf, General, Odens Kanel, and so on. I even usually have Frosted and Jaks Mint as well as Thunder WG and Jaks WG open at the same time. With this method every time I decide I want some snus there is something that I am craving. I even take two cans with me when I leave the house. One with Jaks WG on on side and Thunder WG on the other with Jaks Mint in the catch lid and another with Skruf and Onyx in the can with Berry in the catch lid. The line up changes pretty often but I never get bored.
