Making a comeback!

Hey dudes it's been a while. My last snus order was like early last year, before the pact act passed and all these new flavors of everything came out. I'm lost.

I had to move and was poor for a while, so I was making my own portions, which was so economical that all my snus expired! I still use it to this day at work, though it's really dry and unpleasant now(it had to be unrefridgerated for a while). In my leisure time I was sadly drawn to the dark side- dipping.

Anyway, a few spilled chaw cans later, I'm sick up dipping and miss snus. So I need to make a comeback order. Anything new that's really good?

P.S. A friend of mine, who was a pack or more a day smoker, transitioned from cigs to snus to nothing, and has been nic free for months! This was a guy who I never thought would quit. Though I don't think I can quit yet... I still love snus.

• There's only one thing that concerns me most, about dipping and snus...... my gum's and my teeth........ I am still 26 and I don't want to loose all my teeth.......... eventually I will drastically cut down all types of oral tobacco............ already reduced my intake a lot............... since I've quit coffee cold turkey :^)

The standout new snus for me is Jakobsson's Strong Mint. Pioneer snuff is very interesting too, but I haven't had the chance to try it.

Give Pioneer a try. It's a new los and very decent. You can read through the reviews and see what folks are saying.

If you like flavored portions i would suggest Gotlands green, Thunder coola (or offroad coola if you dont want extra strong) and Catch pure mint (best mint snus imo)

That is the only new snus I tried....I want to get some Pioneer los though. Sounds awesome.

Welcome back! That's cool your friend quit! I tried some new stuff last order and it was all pretty good (General long sterk, Catch mint, Blue Ocean, Jakobson's Mint). Didn't get enough nic from General smooth medium, but the can is nice (the catch mint too). There's a couple new loose like Pioneer and Click I haven't tried yet, but get good reviews. Oden's has a bunch of new ones hitting Northerner soon. I'm really excited about those!

That wasn't my buddy who posted, but I'm sure there's more than a couple dudes who've quit snus.

Glad to see that there's still some new interesting snus that isn't just trying to climb the nicotine ladder... I figured it'd be at like 30 mg. per portion now

I'll look into all the suggestions... Anyone try this indian snus? Didn't see that one coming...

Also, why can't I find LD black anywhere? and regular LD isn't for sale in the U.S.? What gives?

You can thank the FDA for not having LD available. They require a full ingredient list, and a few companies didn't feel it was worth playing with the FDA. You might want to try Offroad lakrits, or maybe Odens. I haven't had the portion products but the Offroad lös is first rate.

The Indian snus has gotten fairly unfavorable reviews, but I haven't had it.

I don't blame some companies for not fraternizing with our government. That sucks though- LD Black and lucky strike were my only "one snus only" snuses and I can't get either. Though I guess there's lots to try. I'll look into another brands licorice flavor. Something about nicotine and the licorice flavor simultaneously is magic.
