Reminds me a lot of V2. When I used to have issues with my portions busting or inconsistent products, V2 would always fix/replace any issue I had. Good to see companies who truly care about their customers.

Hey, other tobacco companies, you want to see what customer service is.... you want to know how to communicate with your customers..... you want an example of looking out for your customers in adverse conditions.... LOOK NO FUC.KING FURTHER THAN GN TOBACCO!!

GN has set the bar so high, you would be hard pressed to find another tobacco company or any company that can surpass it.

Your right. Odenssnus deserve all the praise we can give. What other company has
treated it customers with such respect?? apart from one or two others, V2 etc,
