Well, according to Chad, it is going to be available online. Of course, if EU snusers can't buy SM products it won't be available to them, and US snusers won't be able to get it either. People from Sweden will be able order it, and people not in the EU nor the US will be able to order it.

Correct. BuySnus actually has it available for preorder right now. So Sweden and countries outside of EU and USA (I would assume) can order it online.
