Ok. Just received my first order that I made on Friday. Let me start by saying it came well packaged. No busted cans. Package was smaller than I expected. UPS showed up at my house at 10am on the dot! I just cracked open a can of General Original Portions and moved them to my icetool can.

Lets start with the Icetool can.
Its smaller than I expected. But I was able to fit the entire can of general in it. It became a tight squeeze but it fits!

Since I cracked the can of General I had to try it.
Smells kinda like Camel Robust. But you catch a hint of pepper and citrus. Very nice smell.
I have had it in about 15min. First impressions. Almost no flavor for first 5min. While I am typing this I have started to get flavor. I like it. Nice Peppery flavor. I notice a very slight salty taste but its no where near as powerful as the pepper I am tasting. I am catching the tobacco flavor very lightly. The pepper and tobacco mix well. I can see why this is one of the most popular snuses. I am noticing a slight throat irritation but I am sure that is the pepper. Kinda annoying but I am sure I will get used to that.

Next on my list will be the Rape No2. Im very excited to try a white portion vs a moist portion.

Thanks to everyone at Snuson. Its because of yall that I am trying the Swedish stuff and staying away from the Camel. Im very happy that I joined this site. Thank you everyone. I hope yall dont mind my snus newbism.

It's enjoyable to see others experience what many of us did when we first started. The random orders, trying whatever you can, finding your favorites, developing a rotation. It's such a new and exciting world, and different from any other tobacco experience, truly.

Yea after about an hr the pepper was getting really annoying. I tried the Rape no2. Smelled great. I tasted nothing but pepper. Lol.

Now Im at work with my coffee mug and have a general in. Very nice mix. The pepper compliments the coffee soooooo well.
On the way to work I tried a Jakobssons Ice Fruit. Loved it. The smell.... Lol. Im embarressed to say, reminded me of an ex girlfriend. Lmao. Slightly musky. And a hint of mint. The flavor was great. But after 20min or so the pepper hit me.
So yes. I will def keep a bottle of water or my fave mug of crappy hotel coffee handy.

Haha.... Now that's funny... You know the saying: If it smells like fish give it a kiss if it smells like cologne leave it alone.... If your ex girlfriend smelled like Jakobssons Ice Fruit you probably should have left it alone... LOL

Pro Tip: Freeze it over night.... it should help, its worked for me.

Honestly, you will get used to it with time. Try white portions if you havent, I found those did have heavy pepper at first.

Don't freeze them if you are using them again tomorrow. Only freeze for longer term storage. Your tastes will keep changing have fun!

Okie doke. I like it at first. But I have been using Ice fruit and General Since about 10:30 this morning. So im done with pepper for the day. Lol. I wont freeze em unless i decide to wait on trying them again. And yea. I figure eventually i will like the peppery flavor. It was AMAZING with my coffee. Thats gotta mean something. Lol

Personally I am not a fan of the Swedish Match flavor profile....gives me heartburn pretty bad.

It may be a combo of the pepper, citrus and smoke flavorings they use....the pepper just stands out most.

Keep at it as your tastes will change.
