Import tax?

This whole odensuns.com thing has got me tempted to place a order... Anyone know what the US charges for importing them? Is it a thing where UPS collects it at my door or our we on the honor system to pay uncle Sam?

You file your state, and tobacco taxes with the government on your return. At least that's what most of us do ;^)
