Just tried Tourney Wintergreen tonight. Got it at a Super America in St. Paul.

    Meh.

I'm a new snusser myself and agree with the posters who said that it's waek, bland, etc. I was pleasantly surprised to see on the back of the tin that it was made in Sweden. But my hopes faded after it had been in my mouth a few minutes.

The flavor isn't horrible. There just isn't any.

Pros: inexpensive (compared to Camel snus). I think I paid about $3.50 and you get 20 portions. With Camel you get 15. And it's available around the corner as opposed to across the pond. Portions seem larger than a mini, but smaller than a regular.

They're not going to be attracting new snussers in the US with this one.

I tried the tourney original last week. It about made me puke. I couldn't even try the other flavors after that since they all had a similar stink. I haven't tried any real snus yet, but if its anything like that, I'll be very disappointed. I am waiting on my first snus order which should arrive late next week.

I have also tried the camel original. Not too bad, but overly sweet. I'll stick to my red man fine cut natural dip until my snus order arrives.

Oh my, I just found this thread and read all the posts.
I like the Tourney Snus. I've had a Spearmint in now for over an hour, and it's still going great. I think it's great to have a decent American brand in the gas stations. It's well priced, comparitively, and an actual Swedish made product. It's bigger than a mini, but a little smaller than a regular. I've been trying to make the issue for Swedish brands to catch on, they need to figure out a way to bypass refrigeration need, and be able to be stocked in stores like Walmart, 7-11, and such. These Tourney's are available at Speedway. I bought 2 more yesterday, and the total was $3.99 before tax. I think everytime I pass a Speedway, I'll pick some up. I like them, and I like that they are widely available, and not bad quality to me.

Now, it's not as good as the main Swedish brands. But I can't find Grov at the local gas station. I'll order online still, but I find it good to have something I like available locally.
