I reckon i'd spend around 15 minutes making a tea and smoking a cigarette - and i'd probably do that about 20 times a day. Now with snus i can multitask. I found i had more time on my hands at first but now i find i'm much more productive, and the washing up seems to get done much more often. Just saying!

I second that! No more cigarette breaks at work, which is a good thing 'cause I work retail, and customers can smell that cigarette stank! I get way more shit done at work now. I take cigarette time now to make my coffee, instead of wasting my cash @ Starbucks. And I do brush a lot more now. Big ups to productivity!

I got a real wake up call one day when a fat, big mouth software analyst with coke bottle glasses told me I was stinking up the little office we were sitting in! It was 8:00 in the morning!
