    Snus and Icelandic stopover?

    Hi,

    My wife and I are travelling to the states this summer. We are flying from Hamburg, Germany, to Boston, MA, with a stopover at Keflavik International Airport in Iceland.

    I know that snus is illegal in Iceland, but is it legal to bring snus with me from Germany, over Iceland and to the states?

    We will only be at Iceland for one hour, but we will change plane. My plan is to pack 4-5 cans in my bag which is checked in and only one plastic can in my bag on the plane.

    Has anybody had problems with the Icelandic customs when travelling with snus from states to Europe? I know it's a little strange question and that I might be the only one with the problem ;-)

    Thanks

    Jean

        @truthwolf1

        Perfect. I'll throw some cans in my bag and one in my pocket for the flight.

        Tanks for your answer.
