    1st Post...Great Customer Service on First Order From Northerner

    Hey guys and gals. I recently placed my first order from Northerner. The only brand available locally is General, which I like but I wanted to try some new stuff.


    I ordered:
    Thunder Frosted
    Thunder Coola
    Jacobsson's Ice Fruit
    Jacobsson's WG
    Jacobsson's Licorice
    Jacobsson's Flader
    N & J's Crushed Ice

    After 6 days of my order sitting in "pending" status I emailed to ask, what's up?? They responded quickly saying they were out of stock of a particular selection. I said, double up on one of my other picks and please send ASAP. So they did and I got it a day or two later.

    The next day I received a second identical order. I'm not sure if this was a mistake on their part or just a kind gesture. But I sure appreciated it! No, they didn't charge my card twice.

    They will be getting more business from me in the future.

    PS: I haven't had a cigarette since 6/5/11 (smoked for 12 years) and snus has played a huge role in that. The info on this site and vids from Chad/Nash on Youtube were very helpful as well.

          I hate to say it, but those things are TOTALLY the reason I stopped ordering from Northerner. I guess I just don't want a guilt trip, even if it's not scientifically viable. When I order from Sweden, no labels...not even on General Cans.

          Still have to buy my Odens, Pioneer, and Gotlands there, though...
