Ode to the stunningness of Gotland's Anis Tins...

Was there ever a more perfect snus tin made?

It's a shame that soon these will replace them, it seems...

Yup. They aren't the prettiest things, but they're the best tins in the business for keeping snus fresh. Their beauty lies in the perfect functional design.

I'm not holding my breath for Gotland los, but all hope isn't lost yet. Imo, los is really their forte. The portions are really good, but it's the los that shines.

I saved my old Gotland's tins to put Jakobsson's in.

As "Snus Ambassador to the World", you think you might find us some Jakobsson's los, Chad?

Do they plan to discontinue the anis los as well, or just swap cans?

I suppose I better order a couple rolls just in case.

As long as we have the anis loose we will not switch cans! (loose snus cant be packaged in the jakobsson´s can!)

Good news. From some of what i was reading on here it almost sounded like they were getting phased out. Glad it's just different brands, different cans. Gotlands cans are great as everyone here knows.

I love the seal in these cans, I mean it's great. I've yet to find a snus can that will keep open snus as fresh as a classic Gotland's can.

I prefer the aesthetics of Gotlandssnus compared to Jakobsson's... by far.

Altough I prefer the looks of the original can,
the second one is much more practical. With the first can there's no tray to put your used portions and you can't see if the can has been opened.

I don't think you want to save that used prilla.

I have a few cans of anis and yellow lös coming soonly. Can't wait to try them out. Seems the prima Fint can keeps lös well saturated. I'm glad to see so much love for the lös snus here. Maybe yellow/fläder will re-emerge in kardus form if only for special edition release??
