Nothing is enough

Have anyone of you got the same feeling that no matter how much you use nothing is enough?
Today, i put in a Ettan +25% pouch. As usually that didn't feel like anything. Then i put another +25% in the other side. It was fine for a while but then i got the same feeling again. After using the pouches for about 45 min i threw them away and instantly put a 3ml Prilla of Odens Extreme Loose (with my 5mm syringe) after that i felt good. But now, i have the need again

What is an "Ettan +25% pouch"?, But yea ive noticed the same thing ever since I touched the EXTREME. Now trying to ween my self back to normal levels again.

Ettan original portion +25% value pack. The pouches are 25% bigger than the normal ones

I think all that's left is an I.V. drip

However, I think for many (especially if you are just coming off of cigarettes) it sort of evens out in time. In fact a lot who start out on extra starks will eventually tail back to regulars.
