Pull the plunger out, and put it in the other way. That'll make it slightly smaller. You can get a 3ml syringe from the drugstore. It'll cost about 25¢, and while not as nice as an IceTool, it's much better than a Prismaster imo.

I have a friend who owns a machine shop and im drawing designs in CAD right now for a better design. I cant promise a nice shiny polished aluminum ice tool but it will work. I may sell them too. I see a market when the only two options are a bad designed plasitc thingy and a $50 ice tool.

Rough draft on paper. No dimensions yet and im open to tips like length and diameter. It will not be fixed together like a ice tool and the shaft will slide out of the outer grip section from the front of the tool. This is to make cleaning easier and the more complex the design the more its gonna cost to make. I will move the grips back for those who like to insert the prilla directly in the upper lip. The grips will run the entire circumference of the outer section.

Will have 3d renderings soon. Who wants one?

They are free if you go up to the pharmacy and just ask for a 3 or 5ml oral syringe.

here is the problem i see, but easily avoided:

hope that explains it. possible wobble when drawn back.
finally got an o-ring on my tool, and it sure helps. keeps it cleaner, and holds together when not in use.

Good eye. I dont think its going to draw back that far so i might put a rib on the front of the rear fat section just before it tapers back down.

              Nice homemade design. Paintball parts?

Added some ribs to the thick part to keep it from backing out. See it would extend to the smaller bore and become unstable. Im going to digitize this and send it to my machinist.

Im going to make the plunger head larger and add threads so the push rod can be screwed together at the base right after the ribs. So you can take it apart and it wont fall apart.

really wish i had a nice lathe or milling machine to do something a bit more fancy, but i got by with basic tools.
