I quite enjoy the perfume heavy ones, once a day.
Has anyone quit snus with snuff?

I could never use snuff instead of snus. Well... I could, but I don't think I would. I've used it here and there, but my throat gets filled with the stuff, and I have to clear through out the day to get all the snuff and snuff induced phlegm out. And that's just from one or two pinches... If I didn't snus, I would have to take pinches every half hour or so. I can't imagine how my nose and throat would be like.
Am I doing it wrong? I bet some of you will say that I inhale the stuff too hard, but I just gently sniff it. But it still travels down to my throat.

Last year I snuffed and only snuffed for two days and started to feel pretty bad, then realised that I was in nicotine withdrawal. You need to use a heck of a lot of it to keep up your nicotine habit - even using the supposed strong brands.
If I did it again I'd stay away from the dusty Toque and Wilsons and go for the coarser brands - I think from memory Fribourg and Treyer was very coarse.
