I know it's quite common to put orange peel in smoking tobacco to regain moist. Don't know if it would work with snus.

Years ago when I dipped, I'd put a piece of apple in the can to moisten it.

I've actually never had the problem with snus drying out. Well once, but then I just dripped in a few drops of water into the can and left it standing still for some time waiting for it to vaporize into the portions and then put it in the freezer for half an hour , and it seemed perfectly refreshed.
