Wow this ****ing company amazes me. I spent like $200 in a month with them and there was a snus out of stock that still let me order it. I didnt get a notice of out of stock untill my order came in the mail. They said it would be shipped as soon as it was back in stock. A couple weeks went by and I sent them another e-mail (since you can't call them) and they told me sorry for the delay it will be sent out. There was another item that US customers shouldnt be able to order which is toque snuff that they didnt tell me I cant order it untill that order arrived and I already payed for it. They said they will not replace it with something else they will refund my $4 or whatever. So meanwhile I write them a email about the original "out of stock" product that I found online was discontinued. I brought that to their attention and they agreed to replace it with one can of something else. So I asked for a different can of snus. They said no problem we will send that right out. 2 days later it said "pending". I have since e-mailed them asking why it is taking a month to send out my can of snus. All they have to do is ship it from PA to NY. They will not reply to my e-mails anymore and this order was from July 25th. It still reads "pending" and has for the past 3 weeks.

I have since found that Premiumsnus.com costs only slightly more for shipping, charges no state tax, and delivers FASTER from SWEDEN than this place does from Pennsylvania. It is CHEAPER TOO! I will not be ordering from Getsnus.com ever again.

I ordered once before from this outfit & I got my products in a reasonable time. Last Weds I ordered for overnight delivery & I am still waiting to hear back from them. I have sent dozens & dozens of emails...al have gone unanswered & they evidently have no telephone at their facility. I would have rated them a ZERO stars if I could. BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Getsnus is owned by Northerner.
It used to be it's own company, but it is now the same thing as ordering from Northerner or SnusOn (prices vary between the 3 and other northerner sites).

Toque Snuff can be sold to the US, just not from Northerner.

Toque's first rate. They're as good, if not better than any of the major players in snuff. It comes down to personal taste at that quality level. Just keep in mind that each maker has a house style, and there's regional styles also. If you kind of like Toque, but want something different, try something else. My favorite maker is Bernard; a German company. Their stuff is mostly menthol, and very moist. Typical German style. There's way more snuff types than snus, and it's fairly cheap to try a bunch of them, so try a bunch of them :^D

My bank kept declining my purchase from toque because it was international and they automaticly presumed it was fraud. I was new to ordering from Europe and emailed Roderick. He actually gave me his phone number and we talked about it over the phone. Wow now that's great customer service.

One story from Mr Snuff..

On my 2nd order from Mr. Snuff my order was delayed due to a big ice storm. I had Dave's cell to ask him about it and he explained about the ice storm and all. I told him I was almost out of F and T HDT my favorite. He told me he would send me some out of his personal collection! I told him that was not necessary. But that's a great guy to offer that to me. Oh and one of my tins was dented in transit and they gave me credit for a free tin no charge.

Both of them are a pleasure to work with and I give them 100 percent of my trust. If you want to order snuff please go with them.

Good luck bro. I've had problems with Northerner in the past, as has many others - but one thing I can say for them is no matter how long it takes, they'll make it right. Just have patience.

Just a little trick but it seems to work. Take a look at Northerners Facebook page before you place an order. If you see lots of complaints, especially in regards to slow shipping time, and no response from Northerner then you might want to wait a bit before placing an order. If there are only a few complaints that are being responded to right away, then it is fine to place an order. I will agree with Chad that Northerner will always come through but waiting long periods of time for a shipment of snus sucks.

Probe is a thousand times better than that disgusting crap. I at least taste TOBACCO in Probe, can't say the same about General or even a lot of those other nasty ass "popular" brands.
