Only thing with foodsavers, the instructions tell you to wait at least 20 seconds between uses, I guess to let the machine cool down, what not. Anyway, I would obey that instruction because I think my last one died because I never let it cool down between uses. 50 uses later and the heating strip which seals the bags was dead. Just a tip... As I told you earlier Xobe, FoodSaver/Jardin is an awesome company and will 'hopefully' take care of you if anything happens to it. Besides sealing snus prior to putting them in the freezer, just think of all the other uses: seal up freshly filleted fish, bulk ground beef, steaks, etc...etc....

            Lineup

Are you just lining the cans up in the bag (foodsaver wrap) and tossing them in the fridge or freezer? Or, are you putting them in these bags when you recieve rolls? I have one but I have been just keeping the cans in the fridge...even opened cans. I will open a can a try a bit then pocket the one I like to take to work. I have been alternating between about 4 cans of loose snus (General, Goteborgs, Offroad Licorice, and Offroad Cranberry).

Will take any hints that you are willing to provide. It seems that most snus'ers just open one can at a time (deductions made from postings). I found the flavor variety and the ability to store it in the fridge better than American snuff/smokeless tobacco. I just run through different brands as I see fit. I tend to take larger portions thus moving through it faster (much like a true American I overeat, overdrink, oversnus, overindulge in general...if one's good two's better).

I will most likely break apart the rolls and seal each can individually.

I dont put anything in the freezer until it is close to the best before date anyways. Right now I have near 20 cans in the fridge and maybe 3 in the freezer. Im sure this practice will change when i get the foodsaver. i'll seal and freeze them off the bat fo no other reason than to free up 1/2 my top refridgerator shelf.

                Fridge space

Fridge space is a topic of discussion at my house as well. My wife has made mention to me that I need to find additional space in the downstairs fridge for my new realm of tobacco usage and store it with the beer and ice pops.

I have not been using my foodsaver for this purpose and sounds like a way to take a brand that I am using more often and hoard more to decrease on the number of shipments.

I am thinking that leaving the mail in the box all day may have an effect on the snus (especially since summer is here).

Trust me, I feel you on that note. I dread the snus I get going bad in my mailbox. Ot supposidly hit 101 here today. Thus far I havent had anything go bad. I just let it cool for several hours before diving into it.
