Guess they feel they need to keep up with Extreme.

I'm not a big stark fan but I will be interested to see how they work the Ph levels and the rate of nicotine release in this one. In other words, will it feel like 21mgs compared to the current Thunder's 17 or will it feel more like 18 or 19.
