This is always fun. What tin(s) did you bring to work, school or play today? Any reason why?

I only bring one tin to work a day, and today it is a tin of Probe portions. Only reason is that its the next in my rotation on new snus' I am trying. Probably will not be re-ordering it anytime soon.

Retro Portion

I always bring one los and one portion with me.

These are both my current "burn" cans, one's I'm trying ot "use up" so I can open something new. I really prefer Grov to Retro and the GR los just isn't overly impressive (I liked the portion better). I keep 6 cans open in the fridge at home 3 los and 3 portion, the retro and grov are so similar it feels like I've got only two cans of "different" portions to choose from right now.

I have a tin of Lucky Strike portions, Gotlands Green portions, and some N&J East portions.

The N&J East are terrible IMHO, and see a trash can in their future.

Yeah, I've gone through periods where I was pretty disciplined about the amount of open cans. But these days I usually have 3-5 cans open at the same time, some lös and some portions.

I haven't finished it because I only like to use it under special circumstances. The snus is extremely subtle, and I like to have a completely clean palate when I use it. Night time mostly, and with a cup of coffee is nice. The cut is very coarse, and I can see why it didn't take off as an everyday snus. I like it for a once a year buy, but the texture isn't what I look for in a day to day snus.

I'm with you on that one. I was just surprised because it's been so long since I've had it - I'd almost forgot about it! Man, there's something cool about those special edition snuses. Right now I can't wait till the Julesnus hits the shelves again ... ding-ding-ding ... ding-ding-ding ... and the snow is falling and all is good
