OK now I am disappointed. Cheddar? I am a vegetarian and always get a guilt complex when I have dairy so I rarely have it and now you are writing about your love of cheddar!

American is the worst form of cheddar. They kept the color, and removed everything good about the cheese. BTW, cheddar is named for its place of origin, in England ;^)
