Lakrits isn't a favorite flavor in America I don't think, but I know there's some fans. I think Veganpunk was one. AFAIC, LD Black is the portion lakrits snus to beat. Delicious, and one of my first snus loves. As for me, I like the Offroad lös. Very good, with long lasting flavor.

I just had an idea what if to mix a bit of minty flavor into lakrits, mint should not be too overpowering tho... I think it would taste great, put peppermint-lakrits snus under the lip on a cold winter morning.

Lakrits strikes me as being kind of minty anyway. There's a cooling aftereffect, that isn't exactly minty, but sort of alludes to it.

That cooling taste is what I'd like to see more, at least I don't get it much from lakrits. I'll go ahead and mix some mint portions with lakrits and let them be for couple of days. Hope it'll work!

You could use a bit of peppermint extract also. Mix it down with some water, and spritz the portions. Peppermint water is good anyway. It makes a good summer drink. Use bout 1/4tsp pure peppermint extract per litre of water. That'll give it an interesting cooling sensation, and leave your mouth lightly minty. You could add more, but I think it would be too much. It doesn't seem like a lot of peppermint when you first drink it, but the flavor builds up, and lingers a long time.

Oh man great idea, I have still some fresh peppermint in garden, just chop em up a bit so that the juices could come out better and leave it in can with some lakrits portions!

It's about time! I assume these are regular portions, right? I tried V2's white portions, but it just wasn't the same as the LD Salimak that I used to use constantly back in the day. I've actually been exclusively using the last of my SnusX portions to make some sketchy, homebrew lakrits snus since nothing has come along to replace my beloved LD.

If only Northerner still had the invoices available from the pre-PACT days--I dropped in single order for 60 cans just before LD Salimak was pulled from the inventory. Oh well, in any event, I'll still be trying these out when the time comes!
