How low (many cans) do you let your stash get before placing an order?

I smoked for 25 years and as dumb as it was I always bought packs and not cartons. I rarely had more than a pack or two laying around. I think it was part of my denial regarding how much I was smoking.
With snus it has been different. I seem to want to have at least 10 cans on hand and a variety at that. How bout you guys? How low do you let it go before ordering?

Seriously, I think the fewest tins I've had was right after my first order of 24. I think I had about 12 left before I made my next order. After that, I've always had rolls in the freezer. I figure if it's worth buying one, it's worth buying 10. I only get singles of a new to me snus piggybacked on a roll order, then if I like it, I get rolls afterward.

I smoked for 20+ years and always bought packs too. Denial is a dangerous (and expensive) thing.

I've only been snusing for a month so I'm in full-on cool new hobby mode (does that ever end???) and I start thinking about my next order right after clicking SUBMIT ORDER. There are so many to try so if you can afford it I wouldn't worry about it. You can always trade if you get something you don't like. I've had good luck on the trade thread here.

If/when I starting using loose I imagine I'll have to curtail my ordering as a can of that goes A LOT further. (for me, anyway)

I just ordered some and have two tins left....well, two not discontinued tins. I really don't count them anymore towards my stash as I carefully have them planned out over the next year.....maaaaybe they'll make it that far.

Maybe two or three. The vendor I use gets orders on my doorstep in 48 to 72 hours every time, so I don't sweat the three week Northerner back-order scenario.

Deals will sometimes get my attention. Such as free shipping. I probably would have waited a while but snus stores well.

I don't keep a huge stash these days. I only ever buy 1 roll at a time, and when I have 3 cans left, I order a new one. A roll lasts me a month, give or take a few days.

I'll sometimes add a can or two or loose to my monthly order, but these days I only buy what I need for a month at a time.

My last order arrived August 1...it was one roll of Skruf Extra Stark portions, one roll of Jacobsson's Flader portions, and 5 cans of Skruf Extra Stark los. I just opened my last can of Skruf portions, have an unopened can of Flader still, and have a can of los unopened too. I have a couple random cans in the freezer, but will order soon...I hope. So, I let my "stash" get quite low before I order.

Usually when I'm down to 2 or 3 cans of each flavor (4-6 total). I usually keep a wintergreen and a mint of some sort. So if one gets low before the other one, I'll order then too. Takes about a week to get here and 4 cans gets me through a week just fine.

Orders from buysnus.com never take more than a week, so I can relax even if I am down to 5 tins in the freezer. I use about 2 tins of los per week.
