      Yes.

      They are pretty good

They are a bit bolder in the flavor department.......which for some is too much for an all day snus....for others it is spot on.

      Well worth a try

A similar flavor profile would be Nick and Johnny original

Similar nicotine wise, but not taste-wise IMO. Nick & Johnny OP tastes a lot of licorice, while Onyx tastes of pepper and lemon. Nick & Johnny WP are a bit more similar too Onyx though I think.

I never liked Onyx, it drips way too much, way too fast.

I like Onyx, but I don't get along so well with the black portion material. It really wears thin on me after a bit. Same with Grov Black, even though it's a favorite snus of mine.

I have some of the black Onyx portions...I enjoy them, but can only use 1 or 2 a day..Like Heders, I get pepper and lemon, has anyone had both the Black and White Onyx portions....I am curious if there is a noticeable difference in taste...I like the Onyx, but wonder if it is the black portion material I don't like

I am on my last can of General Onyx. Im kinda sad. Def need to order some more. I never noticed a terrible drip. Its my favorite work snus. Low drip (to me). Long Flavor. Bold Flavor. Basically General White or Original but more kick. Its def an all day snus for me.

I have a can of it. I am not a huge fan of the black portion material. I use Onyx once a week or so. It is a bit intense for me for an everyday snus. I also don't find it to be like N&J. It's a nice change up once in awhile.

I have enjoyed many cans of the original onyx but I am glad they switched to the white material. too many times my friends have said hey you've got something in your teeth. I just bought a roll of the new general onyx. My first roll of onyx I might add.

Are the portions with the white material more comfortable than the original (black) material? I always despised the old version of Onyx because it irritated the hell out of my gums; the portions always tore when "fluffing" as well.

I thought the whole reason for calling it onyx was that the portions were black.
