As Christmas nears we are reminded that tis the season of giving……………..especially to those in need

It appears that our friends at Gellivare and Landstroms can’t find snus tins in all of Europe in which to pack their snus.

After 4 months of container downage they still have yet to resolve the issue.

But do not fear Underdog is here………….er………………snusdog is here

Snusdog Charities® is now collecting can goods for the homeless and snus cans for the Swedes.

Here is how you can help

Send all your used snus tins to:

Otherwise, I am afraid we are going to have to call BS on this whole “we can’t make snus cause we don’t have any cans” dilemma thing………...and that would not be very Christmassy at all

I have PLENTY of empties. If they promise to fill them with snus, I'll send them gratis.

This was all done tongue and cheek..................but wouldn't it be funny if we really did start sending them a bunch of empty tins.

We could write a form letter that people could run off and include in the box.

They would not know what to do

But..............I bet they would log on to snuson to see who all the loonies are who keep sending them cans

..........and…….......

they might even remember they are snus makers and start making snus again.

I think it would be hilarious if suddenly everyone sent them their spent cans, they would be like "what the **** is going on, WHAT DOES IT MEAN!"

You know............the more I think about this...............the more I think we should do it

I’m in if we could get 10 or more people willing to send a few spare cans each

At worst.... it is a hilarious waste of time and a few cans

At best......they get on the ball and start sending out snus again to their distributers

do it damit. I have a ton of them. All the same kind, and I'll take off all the labels. The original labels come off easy and clean in less than 5 seconds each. They will get clean black tins, probably a few hundred all exactly alike. I had sold some to a metal detector manufacturer about 2 years ago that he put the electronics into for the detectors. He has more than he'll ever need.

Charlie, you do the nice letter for us to print off I know I'll spend the $15 or so to send all mine off. Good timing as I was wondering what to do with all of these.

Mine are all new because as soon as I open an tin I retin all my portions into a slightly smaller tin.

that will be funny as hell.

I'm in! To be honest, they could pack their snus in a plain paper sack and I would still buy it. Perhaps GN still has a few of those hockey puck cans around?
